Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County. Our teams will provide you all the training and support necessary for you to grow and succeed in your career at CFSS. We are looking for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) teammates that have: A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions. Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way. Performing other duties related to the position Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Education/Experience Needed (one of the following): High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
