POSITION SUMMARY
Employee is responsible for the direct care of residents including compliance with the house rules, schedules, policies, and procedures, may provide individual and group counseling, intake assessment and treatment planning implement treatment goals and objectives under the supervision of a behavioral health professional, participate in planning activities participates in the admission / discharge of residents, conduct community meetings and groups, completed progress notes. Under the supervision of the clinical director is responsible for the safety program including conduct required safety drills, safety measures, vehicles inspections, first aid kit inspections, maintaining client and visitor sing-in sheets and other safety measures as needed. Responsible to ensure groceries purchased follow weekly menu schedules and maintain the menu schedule. Responsible to ensure the weekly staff schedule is posted and maintained in administration.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the admission and discharge of residents with clinical oversight of the BHP Complies with house schedule, rules, policies, and procedures Conduct assessments and treatment planning with clinical oversight of the BHP Ability to create and edit daily progress notes Responsible to conduct staffing with case managers and coordinate care with the resident's clinic Responsible to conduct community meetings and groups Responsible for conducting trainings as needed Responsible for groceries and maintaining the weekly menu schedule Responsible for the safety of the residents and house Participate in planning activities Responsible for the safety program including fire drills, vehicle and first aid inspections, sign-in sheets Implement treatment goals and objectives Knowledge of CPR as evidence of current training documentation in the personnel file Knowledge of 1 Aid as evidence of current training documentation in the personnel file Knowledge of Fall Prevention and Recovery Responsible to ensure the weekly staff schedule is posted and maintained in administration Responsible for completing an Incident and Accident Report when indicated Responsible for completing job specific training as indicated in the Training Plan Responsible for abiding by the Code of Ethics, conducting business in a professional matter Responsible for providing at least two-week notice requesting vacation time Responsible for calling in sick 8 hours prior to the scheduled time to work Provide backup shift coverage as on-call Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUISITES
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE /
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Has at least six months of full-time behavioral health work experience; OR has a completed a Certified Behavioral Health Technician program from www.allceus.com, and has 2 weeks of hands-on training by a qualified BHT, and 2 hours of in-service training by a BHP at the time of employment.

Lift 25 pounds Drive a vehicle Completes required trainings Participates in required supervision Physically able to perform the primary responsibilities and working conditions as evident by a physical exam or nursing assessment prior to hire Ability to respond to emergencies
OTHER CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES NOT INCLUDED ABOVE
: Current CPR certificate & 1 Aid Training DPS Fingerprint clearance as evident as current card on file 2 TB tests or a Qferon TB blood test and annual TB screening
