Job Description

Headquartered in Prescott, Arizona, Recovery in the Pines offers a unique, long-term Christian Discipleship Recovery Model for men and women who struggle with substance abuse, addictive behaviors, and other mental health issues. Our program specializes in providing individualized restoration plans for our clients and supportive counseling for their loved ones. We actively educate our clients and their families on a new way of living. Then walk with them while providing a high level of supervision and accountability as they put these new skills into practice living life according to their identity and purpose as a child of God. We work with a spectrum of individuals, from the failure-to-launch young adult to the accomplished executive. Be part of a skilled team serving men and women suffering from substance abuse, addictive behaviors, and other mental health issues.
Role Description:
We are looking for individuals with a heart for service and empathy for those we serve. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the unique challenges our clients face and naturally model the values and principles that lead to fully recovered life. This person will manage the day-to-day schedule of our program, foster a positive and spiritual environment while ensuring the safety of our patients. The successful candidate will be personally invested, hands on, detail oriented, able to follow instructions and prioritize appropriately when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Have positive, professional relationships with staff, clients, and visitors Recognize crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions/de-escalation Safely transport clients in company vehicle Help to maintain client treatment schedule Monitor and report all client challenges to clinical team Perform job functions within the organization's structure and per company protocol Embody Core Values Experience /
Requirements:
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass DMV driver's license check
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Minimum of one year continuous sobriety
