ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include:

Demonstrate effective crisis management/de-escalation skills in a variety of settings Utilize communication skills in regular team meetings and assist in the development of an individualized treatment plan Manage and maintain a caseload of 12 Ensure involvement of the family in the development of treatment planning Provide and link services to the family as outlined in the treatment plan and in accordance with applicable commercial insurance requirements Demonstrate creativity in developing and delivering behavioral services to individuals and families that are consistent with the treatment plan Demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours and be available to work non-traditional hours on a regular basis Participate in Kaiser Wraparound trainings and meetings as assigned by the Program Director Develop and maintain accurate client records, including progress notes, and participate in the development of the needs/strengths assessment and treatment plan in accordance with applicable commercial insurance documentation requirements Coordinate with the family, treatment team, providers, and other involved parties to support services authorized through the member's commercial insurance plan Other duties as required EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and

Bachelors degree in Social Sciences and 2 years' experience working with emotionally disturbed children or an Associates of Arts degree in social sciences and 4 years experience working with emotionally disturbed children or 6 years experience working with emotionally disturbed children Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
