Behavioral Health Technician A & H Behavioral Therapy - 3.5 Chino, CA Job Details Part-time $20.00 - $26.45 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications RBT Certification Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Bachelor's degree Full Job Description A & H Behavioral Therapy is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the comfort of their homes. Behavioral Technicians work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills, and collaborate with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation. Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive living skills. Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed. Communicate professionally with families and supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and HIPAA requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related field preferred). RBT certification preferred but not required (training may be provided for qualified candidates). Experience working with children is preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required. Ability to travel to client homes throughout various Inland Empire cities.
