Full time positions available; overnight(12:00am-8:00am ) Pay rate: $21 per hour Responsibilities (Not limited too): Supervise and coordinate nightly residential activities, ensuring residents' safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for residents experiencing mental health emergencies or distress Maintain detailed documentation of resident progress, incidents, and shift reports to ensure continuity of care Enforce facility policies and safety procedures to uphold a secure environment for residents and staff Foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere

Qualifications:

Proven experience in mental health setting preferred. Reliability & professionalism Excellent crisis management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during overnight hours Ability to operate effectively while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude Relevant certifications in mental health care or related fields are preferred but not mandatory Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently and adapt to the needs of residents during non-traditional hours

• High school or equivalent CPR/First Aid (Will be provided upon hire if you do not have this) Valid Driver's License PACE Recovery Center is a dual diagnosis facility that works with young adult males.
