Full Job Description Available Shift:
NDC:
Saturday-Tuesday AM (6-2:30pm) + Wednesday PM (2-10:30pm) Client Care & Safety Conduct 30-minute client safety and wellness rounds throughout each shift Provides continuous one-to-one observation for clients needing heightened safety precaution based on clinical recommendation Serve as the primary frontline staff member for all client questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs Facilitate new clients orientation by helping them acclimate to the facility, addressing questions and concerns, and supporting a smooth transition into the residential houses Oversee the self-administration of medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders documented in the company's EMR or EHR system Client Transportation Safely transport and accompany clients to and from clinic as well to any additional outside appointments Provide supervision to clients during outside appointments depending on clinical recommendation General Responsibilities Conduct weekly urine analysis (UA) for clients ensuring timely collection and reporting of results. Monitor inventory levels weekly, restock supplies, and communicate supply needs promptly Other duties as assigned
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
