At Mission Prep we are committed to preparing teens for the challenges of life and giving families the fresh start they need at our teen mental health treatment.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.

Background Check:

Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks

Valid Drivers License:

Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

Key Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staffAbility to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google SuiteKnowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Youth Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), youll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
