Weekend SWING Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Substance Abuse & Mental Health Treatment San Clemente, CA Oceans Luxury Rehab Starting at $21.00/hour Friday-Monday | 3pm- 11:30pm About Us Oceans Luxury Rehab is a 6-12 bed co-ed Detoxification (DTX) and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) located in San Clemente, California. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct client supervision and support during overnight hours Conduct and document client rounds in accordance with facility policies Monitor client safety, behavior, and overall well-being Assist with admissions, discharges, and client transportation as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation in
KIPU EMR
Communicate effectively with nursing, clinical, and management staff Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment Provide compassionate support while maintaining professional boundaries Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
Qualifications:
RADT, SUDRC, CADC, or equivalent certification preferred Minimum 6 months of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment preferred Experience working in a detox or residential treatment setting is a plus Familiarity with
KIPU EMR
