•MCCA, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team for 2nd and 3rd (Evening and Overnight) shifts at our Trinity Glen Kent Women's Program. This vital role ensures the safety, well-being, and smooth operation of our facility while providing exceptional support to our clients. What You'll Do…

Client Care & Support:

Deliver respectful, confidential, and high-quality services to clients in accordance with state and federal guidelines and MCCA policies.

Administrative Duties:

Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records related to facility operations.

Team Collaboration:

Ensure consistent shift coverage, which may occasionally require mandatory overtime.

Facility Safety & Monitoring:

Conduct hourly safety checks of the building and grounds. Monitor facility systems (e.g., heating, refrigeration) and document operational status.

Personal Qualities:

Reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or healthcare preferred.

Technical Skills:

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
