CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment Bridges Program Responsibilities This full-time position supports children ages 6-12 in an intensive Extended Day Treatment program. Responsibilities include active supervision and engagement with children; planning and facilitating therapeutic recreational groups and creative, developmentally appropriate activities designed to address children's treatment needs; co-facilitating and supporting clinician-led therapeutic groups; assisting with behavioral management and clinical interventions; and supporting case management, family outreach, scheduling, phone calls, and related administrative tasks. This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience in children's mental health and the opportunity to develop skills in therapeutic group work, behavioral interventions, case management, family engagement, and multidisciplinary treatment planning. The psychiatric technician works closely with master's-level clinicians, a psychiatrist, and other behavioral-health professionals while contributing ideas and activities that support the treatment of children and families.
