Job Description

Palm Coast Treatment Solutions, LLC , a behavioral health outpatient program, is looking for Behavioral Health Technicians to join our growing team. We have full time and part time positions available seven days per week. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide behavioral support and related needs for our PHP and IOP clinical services. We serve adults with mental health and substance use needs. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their family members Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use related disorders Willingness to learn new skills in the behavioral health field Experience working with adults with dual-diagnosis needs is a plus but not required, we'll train the right candidate! Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 24 years old, and be able to pass a driving test if needed
Duties:
Be a part of the PCTS Treatment Team which includes therapists, medical providers, case managers Work directly with clients and help with their daily needs while they are in PHP and IOP Transport clients to and from clinical services daily Maintain daily charts and records according to company standards Complete all job duties in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards. Report any issues concerns to supervisor whenever appropriate.
