Job description GeoSpecialties is seeking a Construction Technician to join our field team performing specialized geotechnical construction and structural rehabilitation work. This is a hands-on position for someone who is safety-minded, dependable, willing to travel, and interested in developing specialized construction skills.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Assist with shotcrete/Gunite placement and structural concrete repairs Support nozzlemen, finishers, gun operators, and other field personnel Assist with rebar, wire mesh, material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup Work safely around shotcrete equipment, compressors, hoses, and construction equipment Perform work in tunnels, culverts, slopes, scaffolds, and confined spaces Follow company and project-specific safety procedures Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work Travel is required Reliable transportation and strong attendance expected OSHA training preferred MSHA experience is a plus DOT/municipal structural rehabilitation experience is a plus Previous construction, concrete, shotcrete, or geotechnical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Pay:
$48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
