Part time 24 hours Nights 11:00pm - 7:30am including every other weekend and holiday rotation. As a Mental Health Technician for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you'll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Mental Health Counselor is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you as much as you care for our patients. As a Mental Health Counselor , you will maintain a safe therapeutic milieu on inpatient behavioral health units. You will also conduct safety checks, monitor patients, assist with ADL's, de-escalate acute situations, and provide supportive interactions with patients.
