What You Will Do:
Meet with new individuals served to orient them to PACT services. Help individuals served develop wellness and recovery plans. Act as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with all team members while working collaboratively with colleagues. Help individuals served with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Support individuals served who are involved with the criminal justice system. Support individuals served who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Encourage independence, competency, and decision-making. Initiate and support quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness, and respect and dignity. Provide outreach services to individuals served on a frequent basis as required by supervisor. Act as primary implementer of strategies to meet Treatment Plan goals.Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle available for all working hours required. Peer certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment, required. Forensic peer certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment, required. Minimum of six months' experience in human services preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to consistently update professional experience and learn new skills. Ability to maintain job effectiveness under changing conditions.
