We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Rehab Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Rehab Tech, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our patients on their journey to recovery. From assisting with patient intakes, preparing equipment and treatment areas, and moving mobility-challenged patients to designated locations within our facility, you'll be at the forefront of our patients progress. You'll also be responsible for maintaining organized and pristine treatment areas, documenting patient progress, and ensuring smooth supply management. Essential Job Functions:
Assisting patients with light exercises during physical therapy sessions. Cleaning and preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after each session. Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises and immediately reporting concerns. Recording patients' progress for the Physical Therapist. Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen. Performing administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Basic Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
At least one year experience in a therapy setting.
License/Certifications:
Current American Heart Association Healthcare provider BLS CPR certification.

Baltimore, MD Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30
