Company Description Munson Pediatric Crisis Residential Program Projected Opening January - Start date December Day & Night Positions Available The Munson Pediatric Crisis Residential Program is a six-bed, short-term residential treatment program for youth ages 8-17 experiencing a behavioral health crisis, providing 24/7, trauma-informed care in a safe, home-like environment as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. During their typical 7-14 day stay, residents receive individualized treatment—including therapy, medication management, skill-building, and family involvement—to stabilize their mental health and prepare for a successful return home, school, and community. Staff are part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps youth and families navigate crises and build a foundation for long-term recovery.
