We provide IOP and PHP. a In this vital position, you will support and lead our group therapy that covers psychoeducation topics that span across various mental health modalities. curriculum. We will provide training! Monitor vital signs and administer medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with medical protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality. Engage in client communication by providing emotional support, explaining procedures clearly, and fostering trustful relationships. Maintain a safe environment by performing routine safety checks, first aid/CPR when necessary, and adhering to all health and safety protocols. Preferred Experience Previous experience working with children or youth in behavioral health or special education settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of mental health concepts such as CBT, DBT, IOP, PHP, and a passion for mental health crisis intervention techniques and experience managing behavioral health emergencies effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and medical documentation practices. Experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use or trauma-related conditions like PTSD is a plus. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for accurate recordkeeping while maintaining strict confidentiality standards under HIPAA guidelines. Strong skills in behavior intervention strategies, data collection, client communication, and working within multidisciplinary teams. Pay:
