The individual needs to be organized, punctual and able to manage one's time efficiently. This position provides all company services as required to multiple industries such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform unique restroom sanitizing and disinfecting services. PLUS Building great relationships with your customers by connecting with them and providing great service. Maintenance of all equipment provided to perform job. Repairing soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers. Delivering hand towel, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies.
Maintenance of assigned route:
service, paperwork, invoicing, collection of money. Technicians must use their own vehicle and are reimbursed for fuel. Technicians must use their own vehicles and are reimbursed for fuel You can also make additional money providing product solutions to our customers.
Qualifications :
Ability to work independently after training. A clean driving record and vehicle. A smartphone that is in good working order with a data plan that works. The ability to lift 45+ pounds. A desire to work hard and make good money keeping things sanitized and tidy!
Working conditions:
Job duties include hands on cleaning of restrooms and repairing dispensers at customer locations. Good knowledge of hand tools, drills and basic machinery needed. Working hours are generally Mon-Fri. Physical requirements The job requires physical lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment on a regular basis.
