Qualified Mental Health Professional

$55,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses — Higher compensation available based on experience and education. SPARC is actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) in the McDowell/Rutherford County area to join our Family Centered Treatment team.

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,500 upon hire.

Certification Bonuses:

Earn an additional $1,500 for completing FCT Certification within 6 months, or $1,000 within 9 months.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Sociology, or related) Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting FCT experience is not required, higher salary is offered for prior FCT experience.
