What You'll Do Monitor patients and the treatment environment to ensure active participation in care Respond promptly and appropriately to patient needs Report changes in patient behavior or condition (e.g., agitation, vital signs, eating/sleeping patterns) to the RN/Charge Nurse Support patients during behavioral crises using approved intervention techniques (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression, elopement) Assist with emergency medical care when needed Help patients with daily living activities such as meals and grooming Encourage participation in therapeutic programs and activities Work closely with clinical staff to support patient progress and safety What We're Looking For A compassionate, patient-focused mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Perks & Benefits Paid training provided Opportunities for advancement in healthcare Supportive and collaborative team environment No healthcare background?
