Director of Neuro Services About Us DRIVEN Neuro is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with neurological disabilities through innovative rehabilitation programs and compassionate care. Our team fosters a positive, motivational environment where clients can achieve their recovery goals safely and effectively. Position Summary We are seeking a NeuroRehabilitation Technician to join our dynamic team. This role supports clients in specialized rehabilitation programs, ensuring safety, progress, and a positive experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, have a foundational understanding of anatomy and physiology, and are pursuing or hold a degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science. Key Responsibilities Assist with Activity-Based Therapy (ABT) and locomotor training under supervision. Prepare and maintain training areas and equipment before and after sessions. Safely transfer clients between wheelchairs and equipment. Operate and troubleshoot ABT modalities (e.g., NMES, FES, vibration training). Set up clients on Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) bikes. Support classes and programs are offered at the facility. Foster a positive, motivational environment and ensure client safety. Communicate client progress and concerns to supervising staff. Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on techniques and equipment. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed. Uphold legal and ethical standards and maintain facility cleanliness. Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and strength/conditioning principles. Experience in fitness or rehabilitation settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to empathize, problem-solve, and maintain professionalism. Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$15-$17 per hour Opportunities for growth and advancement.
