Requirements:

Weekends, holidays, on-call & callback per unit needs

Experience:

2+ years recent experience

Education:

AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology required

Certification:

BLS

•AHA

Responsibilities:

Direct patient care, assistance with activities of daily living, social/psychiatric rehabilitation, patient communication, reporting patient changes to RN, participation in rounds & group therapy

Skills:

Compassion, teamwork, effective communication & ability to support psychiatric patients under RN direction
