Observe and document patient behaviors, mood changes, and responses to treatment interventions accurately and promptly. Support the implementation of individualized care plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster a positive therapeutic environment. Monitor patient safety by conducting regular checks and responding swiftly to any signs of distress or agitation. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share observations, and coordinate care strategies. Maintain clear, detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and incidents in compliance with facility policies. Requirements 2 years of recent experience. BLS from
AHA. AAS
