YOUR JOB
As a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist, you play a key role in supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. You will provide direct, community-based services that help clients build stability, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being. Through consistent support, relationship-building, and therapeutic guidance, you'll meet clients where they are—helping them make meaningful progress in their daily lives while working toward long-term stability.

WHAT YOU BRING
    Education:
    High School Diploma with relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
      Experience:
      3+ years of experience working with individuals or families experiencing mental health or behavioral challenges
        Skills:
        Strong communication, relationship-building, documentation, and problem-solving skills
        • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
        WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
        • Experience in community-based mental health or behavioral health services
        • Familiarity with treatment planning (ISP/ITP/CCP) and service coordination
        • Ability to engage clients in home and community environments
        • Comfort working independently while collaborating with a treatment team
