Behavioral Health Technician Must have 3 years of experience! Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Brookfield Counseling and Recovery is a CARF-accredited and Ohio Department of Mental Health-licensed outpatient behavioral health organization committed to providing exceptional care. We are seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clinical staff in implementing treatment plans for clients. Provide direct support and coaching to clients during individual and group sessions. Document client progress and behavior accurately and promptly. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Why Join Us?
