Job Description

Women's PT Recovery Technician The Women's Recovery Technician provides direct support and supervision to female clients in a residential substance use treatment program. This position promotes a safe, structured, and supportive environment while encouraging clients' recovery and personal growth. Responsibilities include monitoring client activities, documenting observations, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating transportation when needed, conducting room checks, supporting program activities, and responding appropriately to emergencies. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping women achieve lasting recovery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in behavioral health, recovery services, or human services preferred but not required
