Behavioral Health Technician FT and PT positions available Lancaster County The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents following individual treatment plans designed to teach skills and interventions to help them succeed in the classroom/community/home environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by Behavior Consultant or Mobile Therapist. Collect daily data and document progress in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent. Complete initial and annual training as required. Collaborate with client, family, and all other assigned team members to ensure compliance. What you need to be
SUCCESSFUL
