What You'll Do as a BHT Provide IBHS services to children and adolescents (ages 2-21) in home, school, and community settings. Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Consultant. Collect data, complete session documentation, and help children build meaningful skills. Why PRO? Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Experience working with children required; experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training.
