Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) to join our growing clinical team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Consultant-ABA (BC-ABA), you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while developing valuable clinical skills in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA or BC-ABA. Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and adaptive skills. Support children in reducing challenging behaviors through positive, evidence-based interventions. Collect accurate treatment data using our electronic health record (EHR). Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and other treatment team members. Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities. What Makes Someone Successful at Evolutions ABA? We believe these qualities are just as important as technical skills and experience. Qualifications Required Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training. Reliable transportation. Ability to obtain and maintain all Pennsylvania-required background clearances. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Preferred Experience working with children. Experience supporting individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Because our services are based on client and family availability, weekly hours may vary.
