Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Behavioral Health RN to fill a position with a Non-Profit organization located in Jericho, NY. This 1099 contract role serves as a Behavioral Health Subject Matter Expert, providing clinical expertise in the development of resources and identification of best practices around evidence-based guidelines to identify and treat tobacco use disorder (TUD). This position is ideal for an experienced RN with a strong behavioral health background and a passion for quality improvement and public health initiatives. Why Join Us?
Competitive Compensation:
Earn a competitive rate of $55.00 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position, 14 hours per week, with 90% remote work flexibility. The contract term is 52 weeks (1 year), contingent on continued funding and satisfactory performance, with a potential extension.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a behavioral health field or equivalent.
Licensure:
Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State.
Experience:
At least three (3) years of experience working on behavioral health-related projects. Experience in quality improvement is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in developing resources, identifying best practices, and contributing to report writing and deliverables.
Soft Skills:
Strong clinical expertise in behavioral health and tobacco use disorder. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project leads and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Program Lead/Health Information Technology Subject Matter Expert; Provides subject matter expertise in the development of resources and identification of best practices around the use of evidence-based guidelines to identify and treat tobacco use disorder; and Assists with content for report writing and deliverables; and other activities may be deemed necessary.
