In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining safety throughout the facility, supporting youth and adolescents, and working alongside the treatment team to promote well-being and positive outcomes. You'll gain valuable skills in safety, de-escalation, and direct support, all while contributing to a collaborative care team. What You'll Do Perform regular safety rounds and wellness checks throughout the facility Monitor and support the well-being and accountability of youth and adolescent patients Assist with treatment plans by providing input and supporting de-escalation strategies Guide youth and adolescents through daily routines, maintaining communication and structure Supervise and provide support during off-site activities, including appointments and court trips Monitor environmental safety by inspecting equipment, systems, and facility structures Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff with crisis situations Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain a safe environment What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience Experience with youth and adolescents Why Join Us?
