What You'll Do Support implementation of individuals served treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team Promote a safe and therapeutic living environment on the unit Monitor individuals served activities, movements, and accountability through logs, counts, and reports Assist staff with educational, vocational, and recreational activities Observe and document individuals served behaviors related to treatment, safety, and security Conduct safety checks and routine searches to remove contraband and maintain compliance Participate in group meetings with individuals served to promote engagement and structure Intervene in conflicts using de-escalation techniques to ensure safety Provide one-on-one monitoring for individuals served in crisis when needed What We're Looking For Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or criminal justice (preferred) Experience Direct care experience in mental health, forensic, or residential settings (preferred) Experience in healthcare, human services, or security (preferred) Licenses/Certifications Healthcare, mental health, or human services license/certification (preferred) Why Join Us?
