What You'll Do Support clients through recovery using observereport care Complete client intakes and documentation in EMR/EHR systems Conduct urine drug screens (UA) and BAC testing Enforce facility rules while maintaining dignity and respect Monitor client behavior and respond calmly to crises Communicate daily with clinical leadership Help keep the facility organized, safe, and welcoming What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment (preferred, not required) CPRFirst Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Strong communication and documentation skills Calm under pressure, dependable, and compassionate Why Join Renaissance Recovery Tennessee?
