Job Description

Chiropractic Modalities & Rehabilitation Technician Part Time:
15-20 hours per week

Tuesdays & Wednesdays- but we are willing to consider alternatives Austin Spine & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and energetic Chiropractic Modalities & Rehabilitation Technician to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice where you'll play an integral role in helping patients recover from pain, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results. Working alongside our chiropractors and rehabilitation team, you'll provide therapeutic modalities, assist with rehabilitation exercises, and help ensure every patient receives exceptional care throughout their treatment journey. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform therapeutic procedures and modalities as directed by providers, including electrical stimulation (e-stim), ultrasound, heat, ice, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), stretching, and other rehabilitation treatments. Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises while ensuring proper form, technique, and safety. Educate patients on home exercises and reinforce treatment plans to support successful outcomes. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, encouraging, and positive experience for every patient. Prepare treatment areas and maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked rehabilitation spaces. Collaborate closely with chiropractors and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, individualized patient care. Assist providers with clinical documentation and patient flow throughout the day. Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns or updates to the clinical team. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects Austin Spine & Rehabilitation's commitment to compassionate, personalized care. Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or massage therapy setting preferred. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or experience performing therapeutic soft tissue treatments is a plus, but not required. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
