Pediatric Rehabilitation Technician, FT Days (57569) Rehabilitative Services - El Paso, TX 79907; El Paso Childrens Hospital - El Paso, TX 79905 Apply Overview Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Category Health Care Apply Description Position Summary The Pediatric Rehabilitation Technician works in a supervised situation where there is direct on-site supervision by a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathologist. The Pediatric Rehabilitation Technician performs tasks related to the operation of the department dealing with supplies and equipment and performs non-skilled patient care activities as assigned by a therapist.
Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements Work Experience:
  • None Education and Training
  • Associate's Degree or higher in health related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English and to perform basic mathematics.
  • Good interpersonal skills in view of frequent interaction with patients, visitors and staff.
