Position Summary The Pediatric Rehabilitation Technician works in a supervised situation where there is direct on-site supervision by a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathologist. The Pediatric Rehabilitation Technician performs tasks related to the operation of the department dealing with supplies and equipment and performs non-skilled patient care activities as assigned by a therapist.

Minimum Position Requirements Work Experience:

None Education and Training Associate's Degree or higher in health related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to read, write and understand English and to perform basic mathematics. Good interpersonal skills in view of frequent interaction with patients, visitors and staff. Ability to lift and transfer patients and equipment
