M/W 745am-5pm, F 745am-2pm About the Position Better Care Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, motivated Therapy Technician to join our team in Montgomery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in physical therapy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or wellness. Our Therapy Technicians work directly with patients and alongside our providers to help create a positive, supportive treatment experience. Our multidisciplinary team combines chiropractic care, physical therapy, and other services to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, build strength, and get back to the activities they enjoy. What You'll Do Assist providers with patient care and treatment plans Perform therapeutic modalities and treatments as directed by the provider, including: Electrical stimulation (e-stim) Ice and heat Ultrasound Soft tissue techniques Stretching Therapeutic massage Instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques Other rehabilitation modalities Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and help them perform exercises safely and correctly Provide encouragement and support throughout the patient's treatment Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment area Work closely with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other team members to provide an efficient and positive patient experience Assist providers and staff with patient-related tasks and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and help patients feel comfortable and welcomed What We're Looking For Preferred experience or education in: Chiropractic Physical Therapy Kinesiology Athletic Training Exercise Science Rehabilitation Massage Therapy Ideal candidates will: Have at least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or similar healthcare setting Have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise Be comfortable working directly with patients Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be dependable, energetic, and willing to learn Enjoy working as part of a team Take pride in providing compassionate, patient-focused care Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) experience or experience performing therapeutic soft tissue techniques is a plus, but not required. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
