Job Summary Proactive Physical Therapy and Wellness is a growing physical therapy center that first originated in Fairfax, VA. We just recently moved to a new, additional location in Arlington, VA. Due to the increase in the new location thus the patient volume, we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a motivated , organized , punctual and reliable individual to assist us with our everyday patient flow. This is a part-time position. Essentially we need help about 3 days per week.

We request that you have interest in the medical field and/or working towards earning a degree in the field. Past experience with customer service and physical therapy/ fitness is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:

• Be comfortable with answering phone calls and scheduling
• Be able to communicate with healthcare professionals
• Be able to assist physical therapists with instructing and implementing exercise programs

Qualifications and Skills Skills:

• Organized, punctual and reliable
• Able to manage time efficiently

Education/ Work Experience:

• Prefer past work experience in a healthcare setting
• Working towards a medical degree
• Has a passion for health and wellness
