Minimum Qualifications Obtain a CNA Certification within probationary period and maintain CNA (Certified Nursing Aide) certification in good standing with the VA State Board of Nursing. Additional Considerations High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Valid Driver's License preferred. Experience in a psychiatric, healthcare facility, acute care, long-term care, or correction setting is preferred.
