We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA. Enjoy a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time hires! We are hiring for the following schedules: Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time) OR Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7am-3pm (Full-Time) Your Role in Our Mission As Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
