Job Description
`Job description American Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) is looking for Behavioral Health Technicians to work at our facility in Wenatchee, WA. Behavioral Health Technician is a completely entry-level position that documents client progress and behavior, communicates with families and members of the treatment team, and intervenes as necessary during emergencies. This position manages the intake and discharge process while ensuring the safety and security of the patient and his or her personal property. Behavioral Health Technicians also assist nursing staff as necessary.
Pay & Schedule:
Current Shifts Available:
BHT- Saturday & Sunday 0700-1930 and Monday & Friday 1500-2330. (
- Please note: These schedules are not flexible nor is there an option to change/alter them. Please only apply if you are able to work one of the full, required schedules listed below.)
- There are currently no day shifts available, however, you can be bid into once one becomes available.
- We offer a base pay of $19.50 per hour for BHTs. In addition, we offer: $1.50/hour shift differential for swing shifts $2.00/hour for graveyard shifts $2.50/hour

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED. Prefer past experience in social work, nursing homes, community behavioral health clinics or hospitals. Preference will be given to candidates with de-escalation experience. Preference given to candidates withCNA / NAR
certification. Must have a genuine concern for people and a proven history of reliabilityABHS Benefits:
