Schedule:
Currently hiring for: 1st shift: 6:30am
•3:00pm 2nd shift: 2:30pm
•11:00pm Some weekend and holiday availability is required. What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. No two days are exactly alike.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming new clients and assisting with the intake process, including facility tours, paperwork, and orientation. Providing transportation to appointments, airports, community outings, and other approved activities. Conducting routine wellness checks and obtaining vital signs. Monitoring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Documenting observations, interactions, and client progress accurately and timely. Supporting clients through challenging moments with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Assisting with recreational activities, community events, and engagement opportunities. Collaborating with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client care. Responding appropriately during emergencies and following established safety procedures. What We're Looking For We want our team to be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred:
Strong communication and de-escalation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, social services, customer service, or related fields.
