Job Description

The BHT is responsible for ensuring basic safety and security for all consumers who participate in sheltered workshop services or day habilitation programs. The BHT is responsible for implementing the consumers' programs to assist with daily social and living skills when working as a Day Program Aide. The BHT monitors, educates and redirects consumers to ensure that the consumers are receiving opportunities for training and growth in the least restrictive environment as possible. Part time staff do accrue PTO (Paid Time Off) Monday through Friday! No weekends! No holidays! US Citizen Valid Driver's license, clean driving record. Must be over age 18.
