Certified Nurse Midwife Details Opportunity Details RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in New Jersey. Our team of physicians and midwives works collaboratively to provide high-quality, respectful, and culturally appropriate care. Job Responsibilities As a valued member of our inter-professional team, the CNM will provide full-scope midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians, including: Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care Well-woman gynecologic care Family planning and contraceptive counseling Patient education and advocacy Labor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ) Office-based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood Qualifications Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure) Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred Strong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-making Benefits Competitive salary Health benefits, 401k, Dues and Licenses, CMEs Supportive work environment with a team that values collaboration and professional growth and opportunity to work in both hospital and outpatient settings Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time positions available About Monmouth Medical Center Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), located in Long Branch, New Jersey, is an RWJBarnabas Health facility and includes The Unterberg Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center.
