Bunnell, FL 32110 What You'll Be Doing Conduct individual physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students' gross motor skills, mobility, and functional independence. Develop and implement tailored intervention plans aligned with each student's IEP or 504 plans. Provide direct therapy services to students in school settings, including classrooms and therapy rooms. Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with teachers, parents, therapists, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to educational planning and goal setting. Train school staff and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and safe transfer practices. Travel between multiple school sites within the district to serve students effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of services, sessions, and progress notes. Support professional development initiatives related to pediatric and school-based therapy. Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support student success and program goals. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid Florida Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure. Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy settings preferred. Knowledge of child development, gross motor functions, adaptive equipment, and mobility aids. Familiarity with educational laws and regulations such as
IDEA, 504
Plans, and IEP processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and students. Organizational skills to manage documentation, caseloads, and multiple school environments. Flexibility to travel between school sites and adapt to varying settings.
