What we're seeking: Board-certified or credentialed Music Therapist, with experience in school settings preferred Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism Ability to create and implement individualized, creative, and therapeutic interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compassion, patience, and a passion for using music as a tool for growth Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently What you'll be doing: Plan and lead music therapy sessions (two times weekly) for a small group of students Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's unique needs Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to track progress and adapt interventions Maintain accurate documentation of session goals, activities, and outcomes Participate in training or team meetings as needed to support the overall mission In this position, enjoy the benefits of weekly pay at $40 per hour along with access to healthcare benefits.
