We're seeking a music therapist who's passionate about music therapy and eager to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll bring your creativity to a variety of responsibilities, help shape exceptional client experiences, and collaborate closely with our Creative Arts Therapy team. You'll be joining a supportive, mission‑driven community where your voice matters and your work truly makes a difference General job responsibilities: Implement group and individual music therapy sessions Co-facilitate groups and joint individual sessions with art therapists Complete initial assessments and treatment plans as referred Create stimulating, developmentally & age-appropriate individual and group sessions based on the needs of clientele Attend interdisciplinary team meetings as needed Refer to other disciplines as needed/not practicing out of scope Complete required documentation in timely manner

Employment Standards, Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors of Music Therapy - MT-BC (or prepared to take the boards) Ideal candidate will also have a counseling degree / LPC or LCSW licensures but not required Strengths in problem solving/analysis, decision making, clinical supervision and communication Excellent teamwork orientation
