Ideal candidates will possess:

Active national certification in music therapy Experience working as a Music Therapist in a school or pediatric setting Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Ability to design and adapt music-based activities for diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to district protocols Key responsibilities include: Conducting music therapy sessions for assigned students, creating customized interventions Monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and updating goals as needed Participating in meetings as required, offering insights into student progress Supporting a cohesive therapeutic team by collaborating with educators and related service providers Fulfilling all district credentialing and background requirements, including fingerprinting and drug screening This position allows you to share your talents in an impactful setting while enjoying the work-life balance of a part-time schedule.
