Job Description
Healing Ark Home Health Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Licensed Music Therapists who will be responsible for providing professional and quality music therapy within their scope of practice to pediatric and adult clients with disabilities in their place of residence.
Requirements:
- Licensed Music Therapist
- CPR certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must have all necessary music supplies
- Ability to work flexible days and hours
Preferred:
- Experience with Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Program under the Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) is a plus!
- Experience working with client's with multiple disabilities
- Home Health experience
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
- Completes evaluations for new client services
- Justification of continued services
- Maintain detailed treatment records
- Quarterly Reports for the treatment plan
